I guess the original question of "identity" was not limited to the positive things that are going well for a program.
I made the assumption that the spirit of the discussion was to point out positive aspects of the program. Strong points that unite the program and can be looked at as a source of strength.
It's true that there are multiple negative things (stereo types) that one could come up w/ to describe Utah's identity. Some of them are based on real evidence and fact...like the offensive coordinator issues, poor QB performance, etc. Other examples are just strange...like what the heck is a "medical igloo" that you mentioned?
