Is the recruiting actually less Utah-centric,or does it just feel that way
because the best players are leaving the state?
I ask because looking at the offers made in for the 2016 class, 20 of the 36 are from Utah (according to Scout.com). Also BYU had 9 commitments from the state of Utah for the 2015, which is above the average of the previous 5 years(7.8 commits per year between 2010 and 2014).
That doesn't feel less Utah-centric to me.
