I'm assuming you are young, but let's say for a moment that you
do know what you are talking about. How does your resume compare just to Dave Rose?

Dave played on Phi Slamma Jamma, a team that made it to the finals of the NCAA tournament. He was a captain on that team, one that featured future Hall of Famer's Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler.

Mr. Rose then went on to coach Millard High for 3 years (Are you a high school coach?). After that he was an assistant at Dixie for 4 years and the head coach their for 7. He was the SWAC coach of the year 3 times in the 7 years and boasted a winning percentage over .750. He then took at job as an assistant at BYU where he took over the recruiting coordinator job (I am assuming with your vast knowledge a major division one program has offered you a recruiting coordinator job, right?). Dave now has been the head coach at BYU for the past decade. One that has been the most successful decade in the history of the program with Dave sporting a .745 win percentage and 8 NCAA tournament appearances in the past 9 years. During this time Coach Rose completed one of the biggest "rags to riches" recruiting coup in the history of modern college basketball with extremely lightly recruited Jimmer Fredette becoming a unanimous national player of the year and top 10 NBA draft pick.

Now, I would like to hear how your resume stacks up. We know you play pickup basketball and might have reffed or even coached pee wee league. What in your history would make anyone believe that you know more about high school basketball players and their potential than Dave Rose?
