Have any of you guys ever done Jim Stoppani's six weeks to shred? There are a bunch of supplements and protein shakes that he wants you to take. I don't eat anything with added sugar and all of his mixes have it included. I've had a hard time finding any sort of protein shake without sugar.
How is not taking the supplements and not drinking the pre exercise, post exercise and protein shakes going to affect my results? The main purpose of the program is to get lean.
Here is what my current meal plan looks like:
Breakfast
1 oz oatmeal
6 oz protein
6 oz fruit
Lunch/Dinner
6 oz protein
6 oz cooked vegetables
8 oz salad
If I am seriously lifting 6 days a week should I be consuming more protein?
