I am confident that it said that about half of those who come in with a 1 year, full-tuition scholarship get a scholarship for the second year.

But I just did a quick search to find the link for that and couldn't. So either about half of students who get the 1-year scholarship are able to get another scholarship the next year, or my mind made that up.
