lol yeah BYU is SO loaded that nobody younger gets to play.
Well, except the loads of freshmen who have had PT the past few years. Yeah someone with size and skills wouldn't have had PT at all. Do you even watch BYU? Specifically the bigs? It appears not.
Just because he's not a star as a freshman, doesn't mean he wouldn't be a great asset.
I don't recall crying out on the "why didn't BYU go after the USU kid" train. Did I? Drew has a great point. I'm sure it looked better at the time. I'm not saying I wanted Collette back then or heck, even knew who he was. Just unfortunate that it turned out like this.
Maybe not a rising star, but considering the bigs they've had, please explain how he wouldn't have been a better asset than Neilson. I don't know why people are mad that he has a point.
