Fitness coach/personal trainer wants me to start bulking. Recommends 100g carbs
immediately post workout. Any suggestions on what I can do? I'd like to get carbs from a clean source (IOW, not just a couple tablespoons of sugar).

He also recommends 50g carbs pre-workout. I figure if I can figure out the post workout, I can probably do something similar pre-workout.
