Run loose, and will use positive reinforcement training only, and are getting the dog from a good breeder who is breeding good temperament dogs.
The only pitbulls usually that are dangerous are the ones who are handled irresponsibly. Just like any other bigger dog-German Shephards, labs, boxers, etc. all can be dangerous and inflict pretty serious wounds.
