FWIW I think it makes as much sense for BYU to go back to the MWC
as for Utah to do so. Of Course Utah is making more and has a chance of making a NY6 bowl in the P12, but they would leave money and prestige on the table in order to go back and have a better chance of making a NY6 bowl in the MWC.
Ute folks seem to overemphasize the importance a bowl and BYU fans are buying into it.
Is BYU gets to play UCLA, Michigan, Nebraska, UCLA, and Missouri this year and if BYU was in the MWC two of those would need to be dropped for the potential to make a bowl (which BYU more likely than not wont make in the MWC)
