I am a borderlime millenial. Two people in 3 years in a team of 15.

one is leaving because her husband just graduated. The other left for more money and has asked to come back since he left a year ago because the grass wasn't greener. I didn't call out millenials. Just gave the age group for context.

I have much to work on as a leader for sure. Thx for the reminder.
