help someone move outside of family (who haven't ever needed help to date).. Poor single moms and poor elderly would be an exception but guess I haven't seen that come up..

Any able-body man can figure it out on their own. Most have at least one family or friend that can help move. Even if they're poor, they can still hire someone to move the few heavy pieces with them at a pretty cheap rate.

In return, I've never asked for anyone's help.
