strength of a "program" is often measured by criteria such as fan attendance, alumni support, tradition, and other factors. Even though we have whooped Texas a number of times, no one is going to claim that our program is bigger/better than Texas'. I for one, will argue that our program is better than Utah's, and overall our sports programs are substantially greater than Utah's. The greatness of a program is not made by a couple of nice seasons.
