If I am looking to get it to pull a fifth wheel, would we likely want to remove that ball in favor of putting in a hitch specific for a fifth wheel? Could I just have a fifth wheel hitch installed over the gooseneck ball? Do they make fifth wheel travel trailers that have the gooseneck ball hitches or adapters to fit those ball hitches?

I've never owned a truck or a trailer and am in the early research stage. thanks
