Here's a scenario to consider - unlikely but "Lloyd Christmas" possible.
BSU goes undefeated in 2015 and finishes with another NY6 bowl win.
BSU starts 2016 ranked top-15 or so.
BSU goes undefeated in 2016.
No P-5 team finishes undefeated. SEC champ has 2 losses.
In that scenario, I could see BSU getting chance but even then I think we'd hear the SOS argument night and day and BSU would ultimately get snubbed.
