Week 1 is not the time to make that argument.

Every program has crap week 1 opponents. Some laughably so. And most do not play other BCS/P5 teams in week 1. BYU certainly does more often than most big programs. Out of necessity, but they still do it.

Nebraska is a perfect example of this as well. Wyoming might be their toughest opponent for week 1 over the last decade.
