This is not Tom Osbourne's team of the 90s. Not by a long stretch. Not even as good as the Pelini teams with Martinez at QB.

And the Texas comparison is a good one. Both are sleeping giants going through a regime change that will not take game 1, 2, 3 or perhaps even 4. In the case of NU, it might not take year 1 due to QB issues with the new scheme.

Not saying BYU will win, just that NU is not a world beater either.
