If Jimmer was a 6'4 black guy from a big HS and did all the same stuff, he wouldn't be talked about as much. Part of national talk behind Jimmer is the short white guy who wasn't supposed to make it. No matter which school he went to.
I'm saying, if Jimmer did that exact same stuff at Duke or wherever, he wouldn't just be forgotten, because he'd still be short, white, "big boned" remote NY dude with Hummer as a nickname. Can't pretend Duke fans just forget about everyone. It's an insecurity by BYU fans.
