Theres a reason they call Belmont "Boozemont". The east side of Provo seemed to

be a lot more lax with their living of the HC. Belmont, Arlington, King Henry (not quite as bad) ... the closer to campus and the crappier the apartments the HC living seemed to go higher and higher.

I obviously may be a bad example or happened to have found a large group that fit my standards but I'm trying to think of anyone the lived the HC 100% and I can't think of any. Thats not to say a good majority of BYU students don't just not the group I knew. I lived in a house near Belmont / King Henry for a few years and it was interesting to see what BYU students got themselves into.
