Beef in general is skyrocketing in price. Two weeks ago I bought NY Strips for
$8.99/lb. Yesterday $10.99. Tri-tip used to be $6.50-$8.50/lb, and used to I mean like Dec.-Feb. Now the cheapest I can find is $10/lb.
