BYU Gold - $4800 to offered athletes that commit before 1 Sept
BYU Silver - $4500 to offered athletes that commit before 1 Jan
BYU Bronze - $4200 to offered athletes that commit later

This will encourage elite LDS that are strongly considering BYU to commit a little earlier, locking down a few good players and taking away some of the uncertainty of signing day itself. It would create three different "signing days" and give a better sense of how our recruiting is evolving. We may not attract athletes who weren't already considering BYU, but it would make recruiting and scholarship management more effective.
