Please tell me they have more than 25k for retirement

My ex-inlaws retired with only about 75k in a 401k and a small pension from the church and the proceeds from their house (which they rolled into building their dream house in Florida). Wow what a financial mess. Relying on Social Security doesn't get you very far in retirement.
