wow. I value time off a lot. I really like my situation in that regard
I could chase the golden handcuffs but at what cost? Retire a few years earlier and drive a nicer car? MEH.
in case you were wondering. I work 4 - 10's, sometimes half days on Friday if I don't get all the hours in - but never more than 40.... ever
3 weeks per year, all the major holidays and 2 weeks at Christmas.
