It's comparing apples to pineapples to bratwurst. You can't really make any interpretations from that data that is meaningful. You have to look at each of those "data" points in the context of other data points that are related, not by using one to draw an inference for another one.

Look at recruit rankings going into college and if they were drafted in a similar spot (i.e. for the # of 5- and 4- and 3- star prospects a school signed, did the # that were drafted or played in the NFL exceed or fall short of the national average)

Factor SOS into overall wins and see how the adjusted # of wins based on SOS compares nationally (not perhaps what you will think).

Look at Sagarin ranking - which does take a component of SOS into effect - in the context of the stated goals of the current coaching staff which is to be a perennial top 25 team and see if stated goals are being met.
