The shoot fast and shoot a lot without playing much defense isn't going to get as many draft picks. i.e. Jimmer, Tyler Haws, etc. I agree with Rose that it is probably the way the "team" will have the most success so it's whether you want more team success or draft picks. Obviously the NBA is different than the NFL, but I think the principle is the same
