They all have their own regional network, but the Pac-12 owns them. ESPN owns the Longhorn network, so it would be a little easier format-wise, it would likely cost Texas money to keep their network and join the pac-12. They'd give up the LHN and probably just told into the SEC network.

I doubt their doing either one soon.
