saying so and so should have changed positions, or so and so shouldn't have. Or this player should have gotten playing time instead of that player. Or this play should have been called, or that one shouldn't have been. Or he should have called a timeout, or he shouldn't have. Or he should have punted, or he should have tried a field goal, or he should have gone for it on 4th down.

When the same guys are saying the same types of things over and over, the implication is that they think they could do better.
