Hill's two biggest issues throwing (has improved a lot in both):
1. Touch - Taysom can "make all the throws", as they say, but sometimes the ball is hard for receivers to catch. This improved a lot last year...he doesn't make the pass to Juergens against UVA the prior year, for example.
2. He's step is inconsistent - he either over or understrides. If he overstrides, the ball sails on him. If he understrides, he puts it in the dirt, unless his arm strength makes up for his bad step...but then it effects his touch. Again, major improvements for last year, but can still improve his consistency.
Remember, for most of last year he was hovering around 70% passing.
