i'll take on the challenge.
DISCLAIMER: this is off memory. i could watch a game real quick, but i'm not in the mood. sorry. haha.

anyway...the biggest thing is that he opens up his feet on throws. you see it most when he goes to his left. rather than staying on his toes and turning his whole body, he pulls his left foot out and arms it, and gets inaccurate. that's mostly him hurrying because he's not comfortable. this is also a common issue with right handed qb's. if you want to see the feet stuff, watch the throws to the side and how well he keeps on his toes and turns his body to make the throw rather than arm it. a guy that was terrible at this was feterik, for example.

by the same token, he takes a long last step pretty consistently on his drop backs which gets him out of rhythm and pulls back on his throws, causing him to arm it. that kills his deep and intermediate throws.

also look at how he strides real far forward. or that he's not consistent on his how he strides.

there isn't much anyone is going to do about his throwing motion, unfortunately. but when he wants to zip it, he sidearms it. of course, that's going to hurt him against teams that watch for that, but it would help him if he kept everything close and shortened up all his throws. the variety makes him inaccurate at times, too. but you could see that he worked a lot on this stuff last summer, as he tightened up a lot of things against UCONN. but as time went on, he got back to being a little sloppy.

what's also important to note is that they all know this stuff, and he clearly works on it. this stuff is literally the most boring part of being a qb. you drill over and over and over and over and over while everyone else gets to do more "fun" type stuff. and while the best guys do it all the time, it doesn't mean that you're guaranteed success. charlie peterson had the best feet of anyone the past 15 years at byu and he wasn't very good. but it did get him PT. that guy was ALWAYS working on it.
