Hong Kong and Shanghai (Pu Dong) trump anything in the US
I can't imagine any airport with as much air traffice as these two. Fly out of each regularly and the standard delay is 1 hr. Not to uncommon to sit on the tarmac for 4+ hrs as well due to air traffice. It is crazy out here...
