The current regulations have created a set of rules that people choose to bend and go around. Campaign finance reform would simply create an alternative set of rules for immoral people to do the same.

But, having said that, we should always try to stop corruption as we can see and identify it. If the current laws have left loopholes that incubate corruption, then yes, we should enact some changes.
