I like it better than eating Oatmeal or something else for breakfast. Protein,
frozen strawberries, spinach, and a bit of honey. You can add peanuts too but that adds a lot of calories

What you want to lose if fat. Not simply weight.

If you are very overweight, don't have to kill yourself on cardio. 125-135 bpm
