Best advise I can truly give you, is count your calories, and don't go over that
Let yourself have small treats at times as long as you stay under calories and it will be easier than trying to be strict about the treats. Find an activity you can continue doing. Whether thats walking, biking, swimming or jogging it doesn't matter, as long as something you won't get burned about and can continue doing.
