Like Wilt and Russell, Oscar won a championship because his numbers went down.
Oscar had relatively little support in Cincy. It has always been implausible to build a dynasty in these smaller towns. Stockton is underrated for that reason and belongs in the discussion with the all-time greats

But i agree it is tough to pick Oscar or anyone else ahead of Magic.

Wilt and Oscar both finally broke BIll Russell's code and discovered if they wanted to win championships, they should shoot less, not more. Of course, it was necessary to have another outstanding player or two. Only LeBron can do it with practically nothing. LBJ transforms mediocre players into good ones.
