I have no connections to anyone, but my friend does. He knows both Harvey Unga and Luke Staley. Although they started different years, they are very aware of each other and on occasion, they will fall into friendly "better RB than you" banter.

Recently, the back and forth shifted to their current fitness level and they agreed to a friendly body building competition, judged by a mutual friend in the sport. They gave themselves 30 days to prep. Harvey was all over it because he thought he had much better physicality. He went back to his lifting routines and bulked up. Luke however studied up on lifting routines for body building and got very serious about the right diet.

When the competition came, Harvey was big and intimidating, but Luke had achieved unreal definition. Their friend, the judge, called it for Luke and said he could even hold his own at regional level completion. I thought this was an amazing story and I wanted to be the first one to come post it on CougarBoard ... Staley got cut!
