This is so subjective. You really need to demo. Based on your description,
though, it would be hard to go wrong with a nice tour racket. Every manufacturer makes one. I have the Prince tour 95 I also have the Wilson Steam 99, which trends more towards spin, but still a good all round racket. The Wilson 6-2 was a great racket for someone in your range, but I don't think you can find those anymore. Babolat is most popular brand in the world and they make some good rackets as well. You just need to try them out because it really comes down to your playing style and whether the racket agrees with you and helps you do what you want on the court.
