A few months ago I decided I needed to lose some weight. So I changed my diet,
became more active, and just started trying to live a more healthy lifestyle.

I've dropped a lot of weight - about 32lbs so far - and am now past where I wanted to be. Although I've tried to change my diet a bit to slow the weight loss, I still keep losing. I'm not losing too much, but still about a pound a week.

I now have my diet and exercise routine down and am hoping my body will just naturally hit the floor and stop losing weight, and then from there I can just maintain.

Is there a point where my body will regulate itself somewhat and hit a floor? Is there a risk of losing too much weight?
