I doubt the majority of the big XII members want to expand
I think Texas and Oklahoma do because they see the writing on the wall.
That is why you have a self interested college president saying one thing and the rest of the members/conference commissioner saying something different.
When you have this confirmed by the commissioner then I will believe something may happen again.
If they don't I am guessing that Oklahoma or Kansas maybe both are going to the BIG X
That said not sure BYU gets another chance after the last fiasco.
