In the game of survivor the person with no alliances is always the most dangerous. They have no relationships they need to consider expect the ones that will actually benefit them, not to mention, they are desperate. Their only saving grace is to try and sway a few of people and use them to blind side the Big Dog.

Fact is that Larry Scott WANTS a PAC 16 and BYU should be leading the charge in nurturing relationships and swaying the likes of Texas & OU to come as a packaged deal with BYU to the PAC 16.

BYU has no allegiance to the BIG XII so talking the taboo of leaving them high and dry causes them no concern. They need to really focus on getting a few targeted schools to come with them and make the PAC 16 w/ BYU a reality.

For whatever reason BYU fans and Admin appear to have just written off the PAC as a "never gonna happen" and if that is really the case it would be HUGE mistake. People change, leadership changes money talks...... The PAC is MUCH MUCH More stable than the BIG XII and BYU needs to get in with the PAC to secure their football future.
