There is good reason to be uneasy about D. i believe Lewis will take ownership of that and improve it.

Have learned that is very tough to assess in pick-up games. i can tell you who hustles, who blocks shots and who anticipates passing lanes to disrupt opponent's play. Aside from what you know about the returning players, new rotation players are likely to be Davis, Emery, and Aytes. Davis and Emery look like a big improvement for us. i can tell you that they value playing defense and have the motor and the brains to execute.

Haven't seen enough of Aytes.
