If the truth is even close to what is being reported, Hatfield has to go, completely. You can deal with a kid who smokes pot. You can even deal with a DUI, especially if nobody gets hurt. But this? Yes, we all hope he gets the help he needs, blah blah blah, but if the truth is as reported, this is malice aforethought, setting up an armed robbery. That isn't a momentary lapse of judgement. That's a calculating criminal mind. Not even die hard U fans would be able to overlook this. And yes, I do hope he straightens out, but I am more interested in making sure he doesn't rob anyone else.
