The list goes on, but it just feels good to shift the financial focus. I have a terrific career right now, but more than 2/3 of my peers have lost their jobs over the last decade to layoffs, and I know that it could all go away in a heartbeat. But now I'm at the point where I'd be able to say, "That's okay. I'll be fine." That's amazing.
