I had a similar background of working from the time I was very young. However, my dad never made working with him fun. In fact, he was one of the worst people to work for because he was never satisfied with anything we did. Only recently has he gotten any better (he is 73 now).

Good for you for training your kids the way you have. I hope to teach my kids to how to work, but I have no idea how to make it fun for them. What ideas/tricks did you use?
