Friend of mine dry heaved in his sleep on plane to Europe

Somehow wife not next to him. He's in middle seat. People on each side were so grossed out. Wife would come over to attend to him and apologize. Went on for hours. Full flight, no where to move to. He just keeps dry heaving over and over and over. In his sleep.
