cougar_chick1 please explain your thumbs down. Both are pushing for a spot at

the bar. She raises her fist and says I'm going to punch you. His reaction is to protect himself and he grabs her arm. She then punches him. He punches her and immediately leaves.

He has a legal right to defend himself.

Sure he's a dirtbag - but how, under the law, can you find him guilty? Isn't what he did legal? Thus my statement. If I'm on a jury I have a difficult time finding him guilty.
