Everything went well... beautiful machining and threads (Mrs. OC said it was pretty, or was that shiny, maybe she said "is that where your screw it?") Anyway, just firming up the new fitting and getting it orientated ...about a 16th of a turn and it'll be perfect ...snap!

Crap, cracked the housing.

Oh well I'll just put it back on and bypass the cooling loop. It's only useful in sub-zero high humidity anyway, and that ain't happening around here.

Oh well I got points from Mrs. OC, not much better in the world than that.
