I love using digital technology to make purchases. Being able to buy on-line is one of the great changes in modern economics.

But really, has anybody, and I mean anybody, ever bought anything by clicking on an ad that appears on Facebook, CougarBoard, Yahoo or any other website that you frequent. To be honest, I don´t even see them. And when I do, I see them more as a nuisance than an attractive invitation. In fact, I´m probably more likely not to buy a product advertised in this way.

On-line advertising and the economics that support it seem to be such a scam.
