How do you take an ESPN owned network and make it a PAC owned network...

If PAC had done like other conferences and partnered with a major player to build their networks (specifically in this instance ESPN) then perhaps "become[ing] part of PAC12 network and will be rebranded as PAC12 south" might make sense.

I'm not sure this would happen. I'm not sure it couldn't but I think odds would be heavily against it...
