I disagree, it could ensure pretty much "all day" exposure for the conference.
It would give TV partners more west coast/late night options for games currently filled by the Pac12.
Even above Cincinnati, I would consider UNLV based on its potential. They've already shown they can have a top flight basketball team. It would also add a desirable destination for fans who currently have to deal with Waco, Ames, Manhattan and Lubbock.
