The big 12 would be wise to try and shift that perception. They need to attack
the ACC or BIG ten. It would be good for their perception to poach either Clemson or Florida State from the ACC or Nebraska and Iowa from the BIG ten. At the very least they need to add BYU and another couple strong g5 teams and try to make their conference stronger than one of those others.
They likely wont assault the PAC due to geography and the SEC for obvious reasons.
