TCU has been good for a while with exception of 12/13, Baylor is

relatively new concerning football excellence, so I could see them going down just as easily as going up, but TCU's recruiting has me thinking they will be top 2 in the conf for at least the next 5-6 years. Since the divisions would be made in 2016 or 2017 I feel safe in assuming my original post
